During his military career, Jay honed his skills in operating a wide array of heavy construction equipment, including dozers, bobcats, case loaders, hyex, scrapers, and dump trucks, among others. His specialization in demolition as a combat engineer showcases his attention to detail and his ability to work under high-pressure situations with precision and efficiency.
Education and Expertise: Jay's educational journey is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. This solid academic foundation, coupled with his extensive real-world experience, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, project management, and operational intricacies within the construction industry.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, during his years of service, Rudy underwent rigorous training and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. He was deployed various times, including active combat zones, where he exhibited unwavering bravery and commitment to his fellow soldiers. Throughout his military career, Rudy received several awards and accolades for his exemplary service, including the Purple Heart for injuries sustained in the line of duty. After completing multiple tours of duty, he made the difficult decision to retire from the military, transitioning to civilian life. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Rudy is a seasoned professional known for delivering exceptional results. Starting as an apprentice, Rudy quickly gained expertise in various aspects of construction, including project planning, site preparation, material sourcing, and team coordination.
Experience: throughout his career, Rudy has successfully contributed to a wide range of construction projects, from residential developments to commercial complexes.
